Mr.
John P. Bradshaw, President and Principal of EAC,
is a member of the NREP (National Registry of
Environmental Professionals) and the FEAA (Florida
Environmental Assessors Association) and holds
the highly-recognized certifications of Certified
Florida Environmental Assessor (CFEA) and Registered
Environmental Property Assessor (REPA).
Mr.
Bradshaw is also a Florida Licensed Professional
Geologist (FL Reg. No. 1906). Mr. Bradshaw is
a graduate of Florida State University, holds
a Bachelors Degree of Science in Geology. Mr.
Bradshaw is also a licensed Professional Geologist
in Alabama, Georgia and South Carolina. Since
1990, he has worked extensively within the environmental
consulting industry assessing |

environmental risks of real property in the State
of Florida. As a trained environmental geologist,
Mr. Bradshaw is technically disciplined in all
technical aspects of the field work involved in
Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA's)
and Underground Storage Tank (UST) assessments
and is well versed in State and Local FDEP Regulations
governing UST sites.
In
addition, Mr. Bradshaw is technically competent
in areas of Hazardous Waste Management and has
acted as liaison with the FDEP on behalf of numerous
clients. His experience within the industry has
allowed him to retain a good working relationship
with members of the Florida Department of Environmental
Protection (FDEP), and local County Government
as well as a thorough knowledge of their applicable
rules and regulations.

Mr. Robert G. Perkins
Division Manager / South Florida Division

Mr.
Robert G. Perkins, a graduate of The Pennsylvania
State University and Project Manager with EAC,
holds a Bachelors Degree of Science in Environmental
Resource Management.
Mr.
Perkins is a member of the NREP (National Registry
of Environmental Professionals) and the FEAA (Florida
Environmental Assessors Association) and holds
the highly recognized certifications of Certified
Florida Environmental Assessor (CFEA) and Registered
Environmental Property Assessor (REPA) Mr. Perkins
is also Accredited EPA Asbestos

Surveyor
and is experienced in all aspects of conducting
Phase I and Phase II ESA's and Asbestos Surveys.
As senior project manager, Mr. Perkins is technically
disciplined in all aspects of UST and hazardous
waste management/assessment. Mr. Perkins has been
has been assessing environmental risks associated
with real property since 1994.

Mr. Chris J. Fraser
Division Manager / Southwest Florida Division

Mr.
Chris J. Fraser holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree
from Colgate University in Environmental Geography.
Mr. Fraser hold the position of Environmental
Specialist with EAC.
Mr.
Fraser is a member of the NREP (National Registry
of Environmental Professionals) and the FEAA (Florida
Environmental Assessors Association) and holds
the highly-recognized certifications of Certified
Florida Environmental Assessor (CFEA) and Registered
Environmental Property Assessor (REPA) Mr. Fraser
is also an Accredited EPA Asbestos Surveyor and
is experienced in all aspects of conducting Phase
I and Phase II ESA's and Asbestos Surveys.

Mr. William H. Goulet
Division Manager / North Florida Division

Mr.
William H. Goulet, Division Manager of the St.
Petersburg Office, Is a Florida Licensed Professional
Geologist (FL Reg. No. 1455). Mr. Goulet is a
graduate of Occidental College and holds a Bachelors
of Science in Geology. In addition, Mr. Goulet
holds a Master Degree of Science in Geology from
Texas A&M University.
Since
1987, he has worked extensively within the environmental
consulting industry assessing environmental risks
of real property in the State of Florida and California.
Mr. Goulet is also technically disciplined in
all technical aspects of the field work involved
in Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA's)

Mr. Mike Bender
Business Development Director State of Florida

Mr. Mike Bender attended the University of South Carolina and is EAC's Business Development Director for the State of Florida. As an Environmental Specialist, he also has a thorough working knowledge of the various environmental due diligence processes, as well as a broad knowledge of the regulatory aspects pertaining to petroleum contamination and Site Cleanup Criteria. Mr. Bender has over 20 years experience working with small, medium and Fortune 500 companies in all phases of business development and corporate growth strategies. Mr. Bender's direct responsibilities include EAC's Business Development in the State of Florida, EAC's Vision and Growth Strategy,
